With a variety of routes and inclines, Kick Rocks offers casual climbers of all levels a fun and challenging experience. Routes (called “problems” in bouldering terms) are changed on a rotating basis every few weeks, so you’ll always have something new to climb while working on familiar problems. In addition to the climbing walls, Kick Rocks offers unique cross-training options you won’t find anywhere else. With knowledgeable friendly staff, Kick Rocks is the perfect destination for beginners looking to try bouldering for the first time, as well as seasoned casual climbers looking to push their limits and make new friends.

Q What is indoor bouldering?

Indoor bouldering is a form of free climbing performed on an artificial rock wall, generally 10-15 ft tall, without ropes or harnesses.

Q What is cardio kickboxing?

While traditionally kickboxing is a full-contact combat sport, at Kick Rocks, we are focused exclusively on cardio kickboxing that does not require striking another person. This zero PvP form of HIIT performed using floor-based punching bags is not designed to teach any kind of real-world fighting techniques, but instead focuses on the cardio and stress relief benefits of dynamic movements.
